Arthur has over 40 years of training and teaching experience and is the 'keeper' of the Martial Art of Wu Chi Kung Fu. This is a rare opportunity for the general public to be taught by a master of his caliber.
Hsing I is one of the eight styles of Chinese Martial Arts that we train In Wu Chi. It is the predominant style that we use to get behind the arms of our opponent (or to make an entry in on them), with the objective to be able to apply a significant hit.
This will be the fifth workshop in learning Hsing I from Arthur. During this time we have been developing and training the '12 Master Entries'. This workshop will continue along with this theme where you will be actively constructing and training these Hsing I entries.
After lunch there will be a short discussion on the Chinese Trigram Theory. Whether you are a complete beginner, advanced practitioner or a martial artist from another style you will be well catered for.
